    Key responsibilities:

  • Account Management lead: working as the Account Manager for existing/new customers, Managing suppliers and be part of the purchasing team.
  • Sales: work with existing/new customers to sell the products/services we provide.
  • Marketing: use existing and new marketing channels to promote our services.

    Key responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with existing accounts and acquire net new accounts (Mostly MSPs & large resellers)
  • Carry out business reviews, discuss feedback, discover existing vendor stack, and qualify new vendors
  • Prepare commercial agreements for MSP programs and quotations for annual services
  • Develop and grow business on focus vendors via campaigns such as targeted emails, events, virtual webinars and office visits to clients
  • Organise and host technical demos on products; covering Q&As, upselling professional services for implementation.
  • Liaise closely with the technical support team to ensure customers are enabled with trials, onboarding and portal access, facilitate support requests, raise tickets
