e92plus – MSP Account Manager - Aug 2021 - Aug 2024
e92plus are a Cyber Security distributor specialising in software and licensing. I worked in the MSP division offering solutions with multi-tenant cloud-based platforms + PAYG monthly licensing.
Key responsibilities:
- Build relationships with existing accounts and acquire net new accounts (Mostly MSPs & large resellers)
- Carry out business reviews, discuss feedback, discover existing vendor stack, and qualify new vendors
- Prepare commercial agreements for MSP programs and quotations for annual services
- Develop and grow business on focus vendors via campaigns such as targeted emails, events, virtual webinars and office visits to clients
- Organise and host technical demos on products; covering Q&As, upselling professional services for implementation.
- Liaise closely with the technical support team to ensure customers are enabled with trials, onboarding and portal access, facilitate support requests, raise tickets
- Participate in meetings with vendors & partners – forecasts, opportunity & pipeline updates
- Maintain and update CRM with information on accounts and updates on vendor status
- Monthly invoicing for MSP license consumption.
- FY 2023 Total Sales figures - £342K (£316k target)
